We are writing to inform you of important changes to the Be Well loyalty program and updates to the Be Well Privacy Policy, site Terms of Use, and program Terms and Conditions.

Be Well Program Changes

Effective December 18, 2026, Well.ca will no longer participate in the Be Well loyalty program, and the Be Well loyalty program will be terminated for all Quebec members.

For Quebec Members

Effective December 18, 2026, the Be Well loyalty program will be terminated for Quebec members.

The key dates for this transition are:

• Earning Period: You may continue to earn and redeem Be Well points on Well.ca and at Rexall locations until December 17, 2026.
• Post-Termination Redemption Period: From December 18, 2026 through January 31, 2027, you may continue to redeem your accumulated Be Well points on Well.ca and at Rexall locations. No new points may be earned during this period.
• End of Redemption: Effective February 1, 2027, all redemption of Be Well points will end for Quebec members.

Gift Card Conversion Option (Quebec Members Only): Quebec members may request that remaining Be Well points be converted into a Well.ca or Rexall electronic gift card. Your point balance as of February 1, 2027 will be used to determine the value of your gift card. This option will be available from February 1, 2027 through February 1, 2028. Further details on how to request your gift card, including instructions and any required forms, will be communicated to Quebec members in advance of February 1, 2027. Gift cards issued under this conversion option will not have an expiry date and will not be subject to any fees for issuance or use.

For All Members Excluding Quebec

Effective December 18, 2026, Well.ca will no longer participate in the Be Well loyalty program. (Separately, the Be Well loyalty program will terminate in full for Quebec members only; this does not affect your membership. See the notice above for Quebec members). The following amendments and key dates apply to you:

• Earning Period: You may continue to earn and redeem Be Well points on Well.ca until December 17, 2026.
• Redemption Period on Well.ca: From December 18, 2026 through January 31, 2027, you may continue to redeem your accumulated Be Well points on Well.ca. No new points may be earned on Well.ca during this period, but you can continue to earn points in-store at Rexall locations.
• End of Redemption Period on Well.ca: Effective February 1, 2027, all redemption of Be Well points on Well.ca will end. As of this date, it will no longer be possible to earn or redeem Be Well points through Well.ca.

Your Be Well points are fully preserved and you can continue to earn and redeem points at more than 370 Rexall locations in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan.

Changes to the Be Well Privacy Policy, Site Terms of Use, and Program Terms and Conditions

Effective November 1, 2026, we are updating the Be Well Privacy Policy, Site Terms of Use, and Program Terms and Conditions to explain how we may use your Be Well account and sign-in information, such as account IDs, credentials, payment tokens, and pharmacy access services, to support a single, secure login across Rexall digital properties.

Once enabled, members in provinces outside Quebec will be able to use their Be Well account to sign in on future Rexall properties. The single sign-on functionality using Be Well credentials is not available to Quebec members.

These changes do not affect your ability to contact us about your privacy choices or to withdraw consent where the law allows. If a future feature needs your separate consent, for example, new uses of health or pharmacy information, prescription-based personalization, sharing with partners beyond a service-provider role, or broader profiling or marketing, we will ask for it first.

1. What is changing?

Well.ca will no longer participate in the Be Well loyalty program. Members can earn Be Well points on eligible Well.ca purchases until December 17, 2026 and redeem points on eligible Well.ca purchases until January 31, 2027.

While this partnership is coming to an end, Be Well remains an important part of Rexall's commitment to helping Canadians live well through rewards, health and wellness experiences. We are excited about the future of the program and the enhancements we are developing for our members.

Participation in the Be Well loyalty program will end for members residing in Quebec effective Friday, December 18, 2026. Quebec members may continue to earn and redeem Be Well points on Well.ca and at participating Rexall locations until December 17, 2026. From December 18, 2026, through January 31, 2027, they may redeem existing points on Well.ca or participating Rexall locations but will no longer earn points. Quebec members may request that points remaining in their accounts as of February 1, 2027, be converted to a Well.ca or Rexall electronic gift card. Requests may be submitted during the 12-month period from February 1, 2027, through February 1, 2028.

Gift cards issued under this conversion option will not have an expiry date and will not be subject to any fees for issuance or use. Additional details will be shared with members closer to the effective date.

2. Can I still earn Be Well points on Well.ca?

Customers can continue to earn Be Well points on eligible purchases made through Well.ca until December 17, 2026.

After that date, purchases made through Well.ca will no longer be eligible to earn Be Well points.

3. What happens to the Be Well points I've already earned?

If you reside outside Quebec, all Be Well points already earned will remain in your account and may be redeemed in accordance with the Be Well Program Terms and Conditions.

If you reside in Quebec, you may continue to earn and redeem Be Well points on Well.ca and at participating Rexall locations until December 17, 2026. From December 18, 2026, through January 31, 2027, you may redeem existing points on Well.ca or participating Rexall locations but will no longer earn points. After January 31, 2027, points can no longer be redeemed; you may instead request that points remaining in your account as of February 1, 2027, be converted to a Well.ca or Rexall electronic gift card.

Requests may be submitted from February 1, 2027, through February 1, 2028. Gift cards issued under this conversion option will not have an expiry date and will not be subject to any fees for issuance or use. Additional details will be shared closer to the effective date.

4. If I reside outside Quebec, can I still redeem my points after December 17, 2026?

If you reside outside Quebec, the last day to redeem Be Well points on Well.ca is Sunday, January 31, 2027.

You can still redeem points through participating Rexall locations, subject to the Program Terms and Conditions.

We encourage members to continue enjoying the benefits of Be Well and the rewards they have earned.

5. If I reside in Quebec, can I still redeem my points after December 17, 2026?

Because the program ends in Quebec, action is required to realize the value of your points.

You may redeem your Be Well points on Well.ca and at participating Rexall locations until January 31, 2027. After that date, points can no longer be redeemed, but you may request that any points remaining in your account as of February 1, 2027 be converted to a Well.ca or Rexall electronic gift card.

Requests may be submitted from February 1, 2027, through February 1, 2028. Gift cards issued under this conversion option will not have an expiry date and will not be subject to any fees for issuance or use. Additional details will be shared closer to the effective date.

6. Is the Be Well program ending?

Be Well continues to be a key part of the customer experience at Rexall. Participation in the program will end only for members residing in Quebec.

We remain committed to growing and enhancing the program, and we are actively working on future improvements designed to deliver even more value and convenience for our members.

7. Why is this change with Well.ca being made?

Well.ca has decided to move in a different direction and will no longer participate in the Be Well program.

This change does not affect members' Be Well accounts, existing points, or ability to earn and redeem points at participating Rexall locations.

While Well.ca will no longer participate in Be Well, our focus remains on continuing to strengthen the program and create meaningful experiences for our members. We are excited about what is ahead and look forward to sharing more in the future.

8. Will there be any changes to my Be Well account?

If you reside outside Quebec, your Be Well account will remain active, and you can continue to access your points balance, offers and program benefits as you do today. No action is required.

If you reside in Quebec, you may continue to earn and redeem Be Well points on Well.ca and at participating Rexall locations until December 17, 2026. From December 18, 2026, through January 31, 2027, you may redeem existing points on Well.ca or participating Rexall locations but will no longer earn points.

You may also request that points remaining in your account as of February 1, 2027, be converted to a Well.ca or Rexall electronic gift card. Requests may be submitted from February 1, 2027, through February 1, 2028.

9. Will there be new ways to earn rewards in the future?

We are always looking for opportunities to make Be Well even better for our members.

We are actively exploring enhancements and future opportunities that will provide even greater value and more rewarding experiences.

10. I am disappointed by this change. How can I share my feedback?

We understand this news may be disappointing for some members, and we value your feedback.

Listening to our members has always played an important role in helping us shape and improve Be Well.

11. Do I need to do anything before December 17, 2026?

No immediate action is required.

You can continue earning points on eligible Well.ca purchases until December 17, 2026. The last day customers can redeem Be Well points on eligible Well.ca purchases is Sunday, January 31, 2027.

If you reside in Quebec, please see the questions above on how your points are handled, as action may be required.
